Thank you for choosing us to put our healthy food on your table. Before you make orders, please read our policies to fully understand how our market works and answer any questions you may have.
What if my question isn't answered after I've read this?

How does ordering work?
Please place your order by midnight on Saturday for our farmers. On Wednesday your order will be waiting at the Springboard Shoppes. There are no automatic orders.
How do I pay for my order?
Payment is due either by cash deposit at Springboard Shoppes or by on-line payment at time of order. Any electronic checks need to be addressed to SpringBoard Shoppes. Credit and Debit cards are accepted.
What if I want to cancel my order?
A cancellation with full refund must give notice by Saturday at midnight.
Can I cancel my order after Saturday?
Cancellation with partial refund is available IF the farmer has not yet set aside the order.
Can I add to my order if its already sent?
Members can add IF farmers can comply. If you're adding after Saturday, call us and we'll see what our farmers can do.
Will I be charged for inactivity?
Not at all! Members can be inactive at any time with no penalty.
